All of our aluminium gates are manufactured to order at our premises in Solihull using fully TIG-welded construction and heavy-duty frames. Every gate is fabricated entirely from aluminium and finished with a tough, hard-wearing polyester powder coating for long-lasting performance.

Our gates are engineered for rigidity and durability:

• Fully welded construction (no bolted frames)
• Designed to resist warping or rotting
• Ideal for automation due to superior structural strength

Board specification:
150mm cover × 25mm thick × 2mm wall

Frame specification:
140mm wide × 60mm deep with 3mm reinforced wall

We have invested in state-of-the-art machinery and employ a highly skilled, motivated team to ensure every gate is produced to the highest standards. Visitors are always welcome to call in and see our gates in production at our Solihull workshop.

Coastal Installations

Coastal environments are particularly demanding for any coating system, and standard warranty conditions do not apply within 2km of the coast.

For coastal installations, we apply an additional epoxy primer layer within the Qualicoat system to maximise corrosion resistance.

• Coastal coating upgrade: £220 + VAT
• Please inform us if your installation is within 2km of the coastline.

Base price shown is for:
3.66m wide × 1.8m tall (6.5m²)

• Add £528 + VAT per m² above 6.5m²
• Deduct £220 per m² below 6.5m²

£209 + VAT per side (4 braces per side)

Sliding Gate Upgrade

Add £534 + VAT to convert to a tracked sliding gate.

• Roller support bracket
• Catcher bracket (for wall or post fixing)

Excludes:

• 14 × stainless steel 180mm × 16mm through bolts

Prepared to mount a DEA LIVI 900 or Roger Technology brushless motor.

Simple Cantilever (Wall Bracket Version)

Manual Gate Option

Add £380 + VAT for manual pair conversion.

Includes:

• Two drop bolts
• Mortice lock
• Four Locinox ground keeps (open & closed positions)

Optional upgrades:

• Locinox lockable drop bolt + 2 ground keeps: £110 + VAT
• Locinox mortice lock: £160 + VAT

Delivery Options

• Van delivery: £1.30 per mile from Solihull and return (minimum £60 + VAT)
• HIAB lorry delivery & offload onto foundation: £250 + £2.20 per mile from Solihull (excl. VAT)

Design & Approval

Every order includes a customised CAD drawing for approval prior to manufacture, ensuring complete confidence in the final design and layout.

Stainless Steel Hardware

All brackets are manufactured from stainless steel and powder coated for maximum strength, durability and corrosion resistance.

Delivery and Returns Policy

At Arden Gate Automation, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and affordably. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with the best service possible, no matter where you are located.

Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Charges:

• For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

• For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

• Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

• We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.

Discepancies

• Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
• Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.

Returns Policy

Returns:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
