The Phobos BT B25 Electromechanical Swing Gate Operator is designed to provide fast and efficient automation for residential swing gates up to 2.5 meters wide and 250kg in weight. The Phobos BT B25 is equipped with BFT’s exclusive D-Track technology, which adapts the thrust applied to ensure safe and efficient movement according to the changing usage and environmental conditions. This technology also reduces maintenance needs, making the Phobos BT B25 a reliable choice for residential gate automation.

The operator features a Hi-Tech design that aligns with modern style trends and is one of the most compact on the market. It can be installed in a variety of conditions, even in spaces with limited room or thick pillars. The Easy Set App helps installers define the correct installation positions for optimal opening angles and fluid movement, while the magnetic limit switches offer easy adjustment with patented vibration or flashing light feedback functions.

The Phobos BT B25 operates with a noise level of less than 70dbA, ensuring a quiet operation that won’t disturb the surroundings. Additionally, the optional BT BAT buffer battery kit allows for continued automation in the event of a mains power failure, providing added convenience and reliability.

Delivery and Returns Policy

At Arden Gate Automation, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and affordably. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with the best service possible, no matter where you are located.

Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Charges:

• For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

• For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

• Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

• We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.

Discepancies

• Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
• Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.

Returns Policy

Returns:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
