Product Description
The FADINI NYOTA 115 EVO offers powerful and reliable performance for sliding gates, combining advanced technology with durable construction. The aluminium gear box and cover ensure longevity, while the anti-crush system provides enhanced safety by reversing gate travel upon detecting obstacles.
This motor operator is available in several models, each tailored to different power requirements and gate weights. The electronic control unit can be incorporated inside the NYOTA 115 EVO or housed in a separate polycarbonate box, providing flexibility in installation. Programming gate travel is simplified with a button, and the system includes features such as electronic brake, acceleration, and deceleration for smooth operation.

Notes:
- Each code includes an electromechanical geared motor operator with pinion for the rack, anchoring base plate with screws for ground fixing, two keys for the release handle, magnetic limit switch, and a pair of limit switch brackets. The electronic control unit and encoder are included only for the code numbers as indicated in the chart.
- The gate structure, size, and possible strong winds may affect the value of indicated max. weight. Always make sure the gate is adequate to be automatically operated and remove any possible friction points.
- Reversible versions are possible to open or close by hand in case of power failure; no need for the release handle or release spanner to be operated.

Delivery Policy
Standard Shipping Charges:
- For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout
Non UK Mainland Shipping:
- For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.
Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:
- Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.
Discepancies
- Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
- Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.
Returns Policy
Returns:
*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
Return Shipping:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
