The BFT MAXIMA ULTRA 35 Automatic Barrier Kit offers an efficient and reliable solution for controlling vehicle access in various high-traffic areas. Powered by a 230v three-phase induction motor, this barrier is capable of handling very intensive use, with a mean cycles between failure (MCBF) of 5,000,000 movements. The barrier's opening time ranges from 0.7 to 3 seconds, depending on the boom length, ensuring quick and smooth operation.

Additional Purchase Information
- Please select the barrier kit with your preferences above.
- The BFT range of barriers require a specific Perseo CBE Bollard Controller (one controller can run up to 4 barriers simultaneously).
- We recommend Mitto B Two Channel Transmitters for access control.
- We recommend PROCON loop detectors (one loop detector per separate entrance or exit).
- Loop detectors require specific loop cable (100 meters is usually sufficient for 3 or 4 small/medium loops).
- For additional safety, we recommend traffic lights (one per separate entrance or exit).

Delivery Policy
Standard Shipping Charges:
- For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout
Non UK Mainland Shipping:
- For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.
Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:
- Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.
Discepancies
- Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
- Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.
Returns Policy
Returns:
*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
Return Shipping:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
