Equipped with a 24v DC motor, this barrier system is designed for semi-intensive use and features fast opening times, ensuring efficient traffic management. The Giotto range includes models with different opening times to suit specific needs, making it a versatile solution for different environments.

The Giotto 30 BT model has an opening time of 4 seconds, while the Giotto 30 BT S model opens in just 2.5 seconds. For larger gaps, the Giotto 60 BT model offers a 5-second opening time, and the Giotto 60 BT S model opens in 4 seconds. All models are designed for intensive use, providing reliable performance even in demanding conditions.

The programming of the MERAK BG control panel allows for quick and precise installations, with only a few options needed on the display. The U-Link compatibility enables users to program and control the barrier from a single PC platform, which is invaluable for managing multiple entry points on a site.

Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Charges:

• For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

• For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

• Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

• We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.

Discepancies

• Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
• Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.

Returns Policy

Returns:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
