Installation
For a fast and highly precise installation, it is recommended to use the Drill-Fix drilling jig. Ensure the lock is installed correctly on gate profiles ranging from 10 to 100 mm. If installing on a round profile, a Round Profile Adaptor Plate for Locinox Locks is required.
Usage Instructions
The LDKZ D1 lock is designed for easy operation. Use either of the cylinders to open or close the lock. Adjust the self-latching daybolt as needed for left or right operation. Ensure the night bolt is securely locked for maximum security.
Dimensions and Color Availability
The lock is available in various RAL colors to match different gate styles and preferences. Refer to the provided drawings for detailed dimensions and profile variables.
Safety and Maintenance
Regularly check the lock mechanism for optimal performance. Ensure the bolts and the lock box are free from debris and obstructions. Delivery Policy
Standard Shipping Charges:
- For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout
Non UK Mainland Shipping:
- For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.
Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:
- Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.
Discepancies
- Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
- Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.
Returns Policy

- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
Return Shipping:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
