Product Overview
The SBLD Select Pro bolt-on latch and deadbolt is designed for gates that require both latching and deadlocking for enhanced security. Its stainless steel latchbolt springs 13mm into the gate post and retracts using the handles, while turning the key moves the bolt 30mm, deadlocking it for added security. This lock is easily adaptable for left or right-hand gates and comes with a bolt support plate and gate post strike plate. Available with modern or traditional handle options.

Specifications
- Marine grade: Salt spray tested for 1000 hours.
- Bolts: Adjustable, latchbolt springs 13mm (1/2") and deadbolt moves 30mm (1-1/8").
- Suitable for both left-hand and right-hand gates.

Installation Instructions
- Drill 2 x 9mm (3/8") dia. holes at 92mm (3-5/8") centres for M8 fixing bolt.
- Drill 18mm (3/4") clearance hole for latchbolt at 22mm (7/8") centres down from the top 9mm (3/8") hole.
- Fix lock in place using stainless steel clamp plate, bolt support plate, and 2 stainless steel countersunk fixing bolts supplied.
- Drill clearance hole in keep or outer frame to receive the latchbolt. Slot this hole vertically to allow for gate sag. Fit strike plate by either welding or screw fixing it to the gate post.
- Ensure latchbolt moves freely without binding on the gate or frame.
- Maintenance: Every two months, lubricate the latchbolt with light oil. Annually, dismantle lock and spray the mechanism inside with light oil.

Delivery Policy
Standard Shipping Charges:
- For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout
Non UK Mainland Shipping:
- For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.
Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:
- Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.
Discepancies
- Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
- Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.
Returns Policy

- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
Return Shipping:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
