New Investment

We’ve just added a brand-new 8.1m oven and booth to our setup, which will give us more capacity and help us turn jobs around even faster.

That’s not all—we’ve also got a new shot blasting unit and laser cutter on the way. Once they’re fully up and running, we’ll have even more control over these services in-house.

We’ll share more about laser cutting and shot-blasting when these machines are commissioned and ready to go in August 2025

Increased Capacity

The new powder coating system runs alongside our existing 6m setup, so we can handle more work at once—bigger jobs with tighter deadlines.

Ultimate protection

Our system uses a Qualicoat 12-stage pretreatment with an added layer of two-pack epoxy primer and premium grade PPC topcoat.

The coating is highly resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and UV, so it won’t fade even in the harshest conditions.

Quicker Turnarounds

With more space and flexibility, we can now process more orders simultaneously, helping us meet tighter timelines.
