The STOPPY MBB bollards are built to withstand extreme conditions, with all metal parts treated with cataphoresis and an integrated EPDM flange seal for enhanced protection.

Featuring an internal oil-bath gear motor, the STOPPY MBB bollards offer reliable performance and long-term durability. The LED light cap ensures visibility and fits perfectly into the floor flange when the shaft is lowered, reducing the risk of debris entering the casing.

The STOPPY MBB bollards are available in two sizes: 500mm and 700mm heights. They also come in two finishes: painted steel colored RAL 7015 and stainless steel, allowing you to choose the best option for your specific needs.

Advanced Control and Safety

The bollards are compatible with the Perseo CBD control panel, which can manage up to four bollards in parallel. This control unit features a programming menu on the display, an integrated heating element, and an incorporated receiver. The bollards also have an impact resistance of 8,000 Joules and a breaking resistance of 150,000 Joules, ensuring high security and durability.

1. Please select the bollard with your preferences above.
2. The BFT range of bollards requires a specific Perseo CBE Bollard Controller (click or see below).
3. We recommend Mitto B Two Channel Transmitters (click or see below if required) for access control.
4. We recommend PROCON loop detectors (click or see below if required), usually one loop detector per separate entrance or exit.
5. Loop detectors require specific loop cable (click or see below if required) in the ground; 100 meters is usually good enough for 3 or 4 small/medium loops.
6. Additional safety: we recommend traffic lights (click or see below), usually one traffic light per separate entrance or exit.
7. STOPPY MBB range requires a back-up battery BATT-EB (click or see below).

Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Charges:

• For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

• For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

• Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

• We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.

Discepancies

• Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
• Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.

Returns Policy

Returns:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
