The Post Box in Pillar offers a choice of classic or contemporary designs, ready to fit through walls, pillars, or gates. Constructed from 1.2mm 316 stainless steel, these top-quality boxes are also available in galvanised steel finished in Jet Black (RAL 9005) or Anthracite Grey. This post box is perfect for creating a seamless, flushed finish in walls or pillars, and it is also suitable for surface mounting on the wall.

Product Description

Our Post Box in Pillar comes in both classic and contemporary designs, made from high-quality 1.2mm 316 stainless steel. The contemporary design features tapered sides, making it ideal for building into walls or pillars for a seamless look. For added versatility, boxes can also be constructed using galvanised steel and finished in Jet Black (RAL 9005) or Anthracite Grey.

Each box comes complete with a 316 stainless steel letter plate and a standard chute. For installations requiring more depth, an extended chute is available as an option. Letter plates can also be powder-coated to match the gates in most RAL colors for an additional charge of £25 + VAT.

Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Charges:

  • For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

  • For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

  • Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

  • We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.

Discepancies

  • Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
  • Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.

Returns Policy

Returns:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
