Product Description

The Videx 4810-0/M/4G GSM speaker module is designed to provide seamless communication and access control. Utilizing 4G GSM technology, this module ensures that calls can be made to occupants' phones, eliminating the need to be physically present to answer the door or gate. The module is expandable up to 50 call buttons, making it suitable for larger installations.

Advanced Programming Features

The GSM PRO modules now include new programming capabilities, such as programming a primary number and 3 divert numbers in a single text, multiple dial to open numbers, and various access control timebands. These features provide greater flexibility and control over access management.

Networkable Access Control

The RS485 bus connectivity allows the module to be expanded into a networkable access control system with up to 8 devices. This can include both proximity readers and coded access keypads, offering comprehensive access management solutions.

Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Charges:

• For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

• For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

• Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

• We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.

Discepancies

• Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
• Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.

Returns Policy

Returns:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
