The XME2024 X-METRO/X-FAB underground motor is an irreversible electromechanical 24 Vdc gear motor, specifically designed for swing gates with leaves up to 2.3 meters and a weight of 250Kg. It features a compact and sturdy foundation box with a height of just 81 mm. The steel box is treated with cataphoresis paint, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion and ensuring long-lasting durability.

The motor's design includes a practical and quick installation process, thanks to the exit lever on the gear motor that attaches directly to the gate leaf. The gear motor is suspended inside the housing to enable drainage of any deposits, ensuring optimal water resistance. The load-bearing foundation box comes with adjustable mechanical stops for both opening and closing, allowing the gear motor to be installed later if needed.

Key features of the XME2024 include an opening angle of up to 180° as standard, a practical release mechanism operable from both inside and outside, and compatibility with the Moonclever MC424L control unit. The motor also supports operation with Solemyo systems, offering features such as simple programming, memorization of opening and closing limit positions in self-learning mode, deceleration on opening and closing, obstacle detection, and operation during power failures via optional rechargeable batteries (PS124).

Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Charges:

  • For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

  • For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

  • Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

  • We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.

Discepancies

  • Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
  • Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.

Returns Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping:
