Product Overview
The GHOST 200 is a robust electromechanical underground motor designed for automating swing gates up to 4 meters in length and 400kg in weight. This heavy-duty motor is engineered for residential and collective applications, ensuring long-lasting performance with its durable construction. Available in both 230V and 24V versions, the GHOST 200 delivers reliable operation even in demanding conditions.
The underground installation provides a discreet automation solution that doesn't compromise aesthetics while delivering powerful performance. Each motor includes a connection lever and comes with an 8-meter cable for flexible installation options, allowing the motor to be installed on the opposite side to the control panel for greater installation versatility.

Technical Characteristics

Installation Notes
- Foundation box (art. 215 or 215I) must be ordered separately and is required for installation
- Control board (NET230N/C or NET24N/C) must be ordered separately to complete the installation
- If leaf length is bigger than 2m, electric-lock installation is recommended to block the gate in closed position
- Maximum opening can be extended to 180° with optional art. 216 device
- Mechanical limit switches (art. 218) can eliminate the need for ground stops

Delivery Policy
Standard Shipping Charges:
- For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout
Non UK Mainland Shipping:
- For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.
Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:
- Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.
Discepancies
- Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
- Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.
Returns Policy
Returns:
*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
Return Shipping:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
