Installation Notes
- Foundation box must be purchased separately - choose between standard cataphoresis-treated (Art. 215) or stainless steel (Art. 215I) for coastal areas
- Control board is required to complete the installation and is not included with the motor
- For leaf lengths greater than 2m, an electric lock is recommended to secure the gate in the closed position
- Leaf height, structure, and wind exposure may reduce the stated capacity or necessitate an electric lock for shorter leaves
- Mechanical limit switches are included as standard - no additional floor stops required
- The 8m power cable facilitates easier electrical connection to the control panel
- Compatible with NETLINK technology when used with DE@NET control boards
- Foundation box dimensions: 420mm x 225mm x 68mm (length x width x height)

Delivery Policy
Standard Shipping Charges:
- For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout
Non UK Mainland Shipping:
- For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.
Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:
- Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.
Discepancies
- Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
- Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.
Returns Policy
Returns:
*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
Return Shipping:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
