Product Overview
The Half Tank 270 1.5L AC is a hydraulic swing operator suitable for commercial and light industrial use. It is capable of handling up to 55 opening cycles per hour, making it ideal for high-traffic areas. With three pump versions to alter operating speeds and three operator lengths, it can be used for pedestrian gates or gate leaves up to 7000mm in length and 700kg in weight.
Product Description
Designed for condominium use, the Half Tank is one of the most secure operators on the market, featuring a key manual release. It offers extremely silent operation and hydraulic reliability. Anti-crushing is guaranteed through by-pass valves for maximum thrust setting. The operator includes a standard ball joint for precise stroke adjustment and an aluminium oscillating back fixing fork. Available in multiple versions: (AC) lock in opening/closing, (SB) without lock, (SC) in closing only, and (SA) in opening only.

Delivery Policy
Standard Shipping Charges:
- For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout
Non UK Mainland Shipping:
- For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.
Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:
- Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.
Discepancies
- Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
- Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.
Returns Policy
Returns:
*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
Return Shipping:
*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
