Product Description
The TOP EVO hydraulic operator is an advanced solution for automating swing gates up to 6 meters in length. Designed for heavy-duty use, it is suitable for both residential and commercial applications. The operator is easy to install, with no need for purge valves or oil top-up, and comes with all necessary mounting brackets.
This operator is extremely silent and fast, with hydraulic slowdowns integrated in the last 3cm of rod travel. Its unique vacuum loading process eliminates air residues inside, preventing condensation and emulsion. The pump-distributor coupling is gasket-free, ensuring long-lasting performance. The new die-cast aluminium back-end and torque settings valves enhance reliability and safety.
The TOP EVO range includes models suitable for a variety of gate sizes and weights, with special motors designed for intensive use. The operator features adjustable force and speed, electronic speed adjustment (using the BA230 control board), and a high degree of protection (IP65). It is capable of handling gates with a maximum leaf length of 6 meters and operates efficiently in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C.

Delivery Policy
Standard Shipping Charges:
- For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout
Non UK Mainland Shipping:
- For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.
Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:
- Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.
Discepancies
- Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
- Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.
Returns Policy
Returns:
*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
Return Shipping:
*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
