Product Description
Integrated Open & Close Limits
This equipment features adjustable open and close limits, allowing you to set the limits of the gate travel without the need for a physical stop in the ground. This feature has some limitations and may not function correctly on wider gates. If your gates are over 1.8m in width, it is advisable to consult with us before ordering if this feature is critical to your installation.
Designed for Large Pillars
Specially designed for gates with large square pillars, the articulated arm can easily reach around the corner of the pillar of the gate without the need to modify any of the bracketry that is normally supplied with other equipment.
LCD Display
The control panel features an LCD for simplified programming, making the setup process straightforward and user-friendly.
Quick & Easy Installation
The FAAC 390 UK KIT is designed for the quick and easy installation of existing hinged swing gates, minimizing the time and effort required for setup.
Manual Release from Outside

Delivery Policy
Standard Shipping Charges:
- For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout
Non UK Mainland Shipping:
- For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.
Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:
- Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.
Discepancies
- Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
- Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.
Returns Policy
Returns:
*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
Return Shipping:
*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
