The DEA STING KIT offers a comprehensive solution for automating swing gates up to 3 meters and 400 kg. The adjustable fastening plates allow the motor to adapt to different column structures and available space, making it a flexible choice for many applications.

The STING motor's embedded mechanical stops eliminate the need for additional ground stops, streamlining the installation process and reducing potential obstacles for vehicles. Constructed with high-quality materials, including metal gears and aluminum and steel components, the STING motor is built to withstand mechanical wear and time, ensuring long-lasting reliability.

Safety and precision are paramount with the STING automation kit. The motor is equipped with a movement reading system using a magnetic or digital encoder, which controls the gate's movement, detects obstacles, and reverses direction if necessary. This, combined with external safety accessories like photocells and safety edges, ensures reliable and secure operation.

In the event of a power failure, the STING motor can be manually unlocked and operated using a special key, ensuring you are never locked in or out of your property. Additionally, the DEAuser APP allows you to control the gate with your smartphone, and with the NET-COM module and a data SIM, you can check the automation status remotely.

The STING KIT is available in several models to suit different power requirements and usage intensities:

• STING: 230V motor for residential use, suitable for gate leaves up to 3m length
• STING/24: 24V motor for semi-intensive use, suitable for gate leaves up to 3m length
• STING/24-BOOST (37 mm/s): 24V motor for semi-intensive use, faster operation for gate leaves up to 3m length

Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Charges:

• For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

• For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

• Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

• We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.

Discepancies

• Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
• Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.

Returns Policy

Returns:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
