The Kustos Ultra BT B40 Long Stroke Twin Kit is engineered to automate swing gates up to 4 meters in length and 500kg in weight per leaf. Ideal for residential properties and apartment complexes, this 24V gate operator offers robust performance with its sturdy worm-drive mechanism. The operator is designed for fast and straightforward installation, featuring a covered worm-drive, integrated stops, magnetic limit switches, and a magnetic locking pin.

The exclusive D-Track technology ensures the thrust applied is the minimum necessary to ensure movement, adapting to changes in usage and environmental conditions to reduce maintenance needs. The easy-to-adjust limit switches, positioned at the top of the motor, feature a patented vibration or flashing light feedback function, simplifying the installation process. The built-in mechanical open stop removes the need for ground stops, making the setup cleaner and more efficient.

The Kustos Ultra BT B40 boasts a Hi-Tech design that is not only stylish but also one of the most compact on the market, making it versatile for various installation conditions, even with limited space or thick pillars. Delivery and Returns Policy

At Arden Gate Automation, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and affordably. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with the best service possible, no matter where you are located.

Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Charges:

• For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

• For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

• Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

• We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.

Discepancies

• Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
• Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.

Returns Policy

Returns:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
