The NICE M5BAR road barrier system is an advanced solution for controlling road access with bars up to 5m. This system features an electromechanical motor with a 24 Vdc gear motor and a built-in control unit and loop detector, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. The barrier system is designed for intensive use, with an average opening time ranging from 3 to 6 seconds.

Complete Automatic Barrier Kit

The M5BAR-KIT includes everything you need for a complete road barrier system. Inside the box, you will find:

  • 1 x M5BAR Barrier Unit
  • 1 x Internal Control Unit
  • 2 x XBA Aluminium Boom
  • 1 x XBA9 Expansion Joint
  • 1 x WA10 Reflective Strips
  • 1 x WA11 Fixed Rest

The steel case with protective cataphoresis treatment and paint finish ensures durability and is suitable for intensive use. The modular design allows for easy assembly using the aluminium expansion joint.

Strength and reliability: sturdy steel structure, new robust balancing springs guaranteed for up to 3.000.000 cycles and elliptical section bar with high resistance to gusts of wind.

Movement control with encoder and electrome-chanical limit switches.


Two versions of case, in galvanised and paint-ed steel, or in stainless steel (AISI 304) in three sizes for bars from 3 to 7 m long.

Easier programming and maintenance: separate compartments for the electronics and mechanics protect internal parts from possible hazards.
Quick and easy access to the control unit locat-ed in the top part of the barrier body.
The photocells, completely invisible from the outside, are fixed simply in place in the recesses provided in the barrier body.

Automatic fault diagnosis during operation and subsequent indication of type through different combinations of flashes.
Provision for connection of latest generation optical and resistive sensitive edges (8.2 KOhm resistance).


Energy saving: when the system is not in use, it switches to stand-by mode, reducing power consumption.
No blackouts: operation in event of power fail-ure with the optional batteries (PS224) housed in the motor.


Side release with metal key: can be installed on either side.

Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Charges:

  • For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

  • For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

  • Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

  • We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.

Discepancies

  • Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
  • Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.

Returns Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
