Combining the convenience of a latch with the security of a deadlock, this versatile lock features a slim 70mm width, making it suitable for most gate designs. Product Description

The Gatemaster BLD Superlock bolt-on latch deadlock offers a robust and reliable locking solution for gate frames up to 60mm. Its unique design provides both the convenience of a latch and the security of a deadlock, making it a versatile choice for various gate designs. The slim 70mm lock case allows for easy installation, and the latchbolt is adjustable in length for precise fitting on site. The latchbolt can be easily rotated to accommodate both left and right handed gates.

This lock is made from stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability in outdoor conditions. The BLD Superlock is supplied with handles in two styles: plain black and traditional, to suit different aesthetic preferences. The lock is also equipped with a bolt support plate and a gate post strike plate, making installation straightforward.

The BLD Superlock is available in four models:

• BLD1030P: Fits 10-30mm gates with plain black handle
• BLD4060P: Fits 40-60mm gates with plain black handle
• BLD1030T: Fits 10-30mm gates with traditional handle
• BLD4060T: Fits 40-60mm gates with traditional handle

The locking bolt is adjustable, with the latch retracting 15mm (5/8") and the deadbolt throwing out 15mm (5/8"). This product is perfect for both left hand and right hand gates, providing versatility in application.

Installation Instructions

1. Drill 2 x 9mm (3/8") holes at 140mm (5 1/2") centres for fixing bolts provided.
2. Drill a second 18mm (3/4") clearance hole for the latchbolt at 60mm (2 3/8") centres up from the bottom fixing hole.
3. Hold the lock against the back of the box section and screw the latchbolt through the middle hole.
4. Lock the latchbolt and deadbolt with the hex key supplied by inserting the hex key into the end of the latchbolt and the deadbolt.
5. Fix lock in place using the stainless steel bolt support plate and the countersunk screws provided. Ensure the latchbolt and deadbolt move freely.
6. Fix strike plate by either welding or screw fixing onto the gate post.
7. Maintenance: Every 6 months, lubricate the latchbolt with light oil. Annually, dismantle the lock and spray mechanism with light oil.

Delivery Policy

Standard Shipping Charges:

• For standard UK Mainland orders a charge of £12.50 + VAT is applied per consignment. Charges for palletised or length deliveries will be advised at checkout

Non UK Mainland Shipping:

• For orders shipped outside the UK mainland, a shipping fee of £30 plus VAT is charged.

Special Shipping Charges for Heavy or Large Items:

• Certain products in our range that are either too heavy or too large will have their own shipping prices. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

• We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. with all orders received before 1pm shipped on a next day service*, This is not guaranteed. Standard delivery times within the UK are 3-5 business days. Non UK Mainland delivery times may vary.

Discepancies

• Any discrepancies or damage to goods ordered must be reported to Arden Gates within 24 hours of receipt. Outside of these times it will be deemed that the goods arrived complete and in a satisfactory condition.
• Any missing items outside of these terms will be chargeable.

Returns Policy

Returns:

*Please note there is a 15% restocking charge for all returns*

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
