Product Description

The Optimus E1K 4G LTE Intercom combines advanced technology with user-friendly features to offer a reliable access control solution. It is powered by a 12 Volt 1 Amp DC PSU, fitted with a 3A fuse, and has a power consumption of 120 mA idle at 12 Volts. The intercom is compatible with standard DTMF generating telephones, including cordless and mobile phones, and can be programmed remotely via an app, SMS, or GSM modem, or locally via USB cable.

The unit includes three relays (1 x 2A, 2 x 200mA) and two auxiliary inputs, with relay activation times adjustable between 1 and 60 seconds. Operating commands such as # pulses RL1, 1# pulses RL1, 2# pulses RL2, 3# latches RL3, and 6# unlatches RL3 offer flexible control options. Additionally, the onboard time clock enables custom profile functions to be activated, enhancing the unit's versatility.

Installation

The VITA is mounted to the gate profile using two bolts, with minimal profile preparation required. The access code can be configured and changed quickly without dismantling the lock or keypad. An installation video is available from Locinox.

Usage Instructions

Enter the PIN code on the keypad to operate the connected insert lock. On double-sided versions, independent codes can be set for entry and exit. On single-sided versions, exit is via the handle on the inside with no code required. The code resets automatically after each handle operation. The integrated security press plate must be pressed before entering the code to prevent bystanders from detecting button patterns.

Configurations

The VITA is available in Silver (anodised) and Black (RAL 9005 powder coated). Choose between single-sided (one keypad with free exit) or double-sided (keypad on both sides). Available for 40 mm and 50 mm gate profiles. All variants include a euro profile cylinder keyed to differ. Kit versions bundle everything needed for a complete gate lock installation.

Safety and Maintenance

The VITA is entirely maintenance-free thanks to its robust mechanical design. Periodically check that the keypad buttons move freely and that the connected insert lock operates smoothly. Ensure the security press plate functions correctly. Designed and manufactured in Europe.

These gates are made entirely of Steel and then shot-blasted, epoxy powder coated and finished in architectural grade polyester powder coat in a RAL colour of your choice.

We work with Most of the RAL Classic colour range and can also match most Farrow and Ball or Dulux colours. Some colours carry a surcharge, so please check.

We offer a 3-year warranty on the finish and a 5-year warranty on materials and construction, subject to our Terms & Conditions, which can be found here: T's & C's.

Technical Characteristics

• Operator Construction: Steel worm screw and bronze crown wheel lubricated with low viscosity grease for longer service life and reduced wear
• Foundation Box: Standard cataphoresis treatment guarantees excellent resistance to atmospheric agents. Stainless steel version available for high salinity conditions
• Release Mechanism: Emergency key-operated release (internal or external) for manual operation during power failures

Installation Notes

• Foundation box (art. 215 or 215I) must be ordered separately and is required for installation
• Control board (NET230N/C or NET24N/C) must be ordered separately to complete the installation
• If leaf length is bigger than 2m, electric-lock installation is recommended to block the gate in closed position
• Maximum opening can be extended to 180° with optional art. 216 device
• Mechanical limit switches (art. 218) can eliminate the need for ground stops

Product Overview

Electromechanical automation for swing gates with leaves up to 4.5 meters in length and a maximum weight of 400 kg. The LIVI 502 operator is designed for large residential and commercial gates, offering reliable performance even in limited spaces. Its robust construction and versatile installation options make it suitable for various gate configurations, with door opening up to 135°.

Available in standard, slow version, encoder version (230V), and 24V models. The reinforced aluminium arm and internal mechanics with steel ball bearings guarantee durability and long-term reliability. In case of power failure, unlock the device with the provided customised metal key, protected from weather. Compatible with external cable release for safe access from outside the property.

Available as single motor kits (for single leaf gates) or double motor kits (for double leaf gates), with three accessory package options to meet different installation needs.

Product Overview

Electromechanical automation for swing gates with leaves up to 5 meters in length and a maximum weight of 280 kg. The LOOK operator features a modern design with a stainless steel telescopic piston that guarantees high resistance against corrosion. Suitable for residential and semi-intensive use with door opening up to 120°.

Available in two stroke lengths: 320mm for gates up to 3m and 520mm for gates up to 5m. Optional encoder versions guarantee high performance and safety in movement. In case of power failure, unlock the device with the provided plastic key. Rod cover (sold separately) can be added to protect the telescopic rod and provide a more linear aesthetic.

Available as single motor kits (for single leaf gates) or double motor kits (for double leaf gates), with three accessory package options to meet different installation needs.
