With models available in 600mm and 800mm heights, these bollards offer flexibility to meet different security needs. The 275mm diameter ensures robust construction, capable of withstanding significant impact and breakage forces. All versions of the PILLAR B are equipped with an LED light crown, enhancing visibility and ensuring that the bollards are easily noticeable, even in low-light conditions. Available in painted steel (RAL 7015) or stainless steel, these bollards blend seamlessly into different environments while providing superior durability. The PILLAR B bollards come in two operational formats: Fail Secure, which lowers the bollard in the event of power failure, and Fail Safe, which keeps the bollard in the up position during power outages. These options provide flexibility based on specific security requirements. The bollards are controlled by the Perseo CBD control unit and feature hydraulic movement for smooth and reliable operation. Rated for up to 3,000 operations per day, they are suitable for very intensive use, making them ideal for high-traffic areas. The BFT range of bollards requires a specific Perseo CBE Bollard Controller (click or see below). One controller can run up to 4 bollards together simultaneously, therefore one separate entrance and exit would require two controllers. We recommend Mitto B Two Channel Transmitters (click or see below if required) for access control. We recommend PROCON loop detectors (click or see below if required), usually one loop detector per separate entrance or exit. Loops detectors require specific loop cable (click or see below if required) in the ground, 100 meters is usually good enough for 3 or 4 small/medium loops. For additional safety, we recommend traffic lights (click or see below), usually one traffic light per separate entrance or exit.
