The REV automation for sliding gates is the DEA solution mainly dedicated to apartment buildings and companies that frequently open and close heavy gates (up to 1400 kg).

SAFE AND RELIABLE IN ANY SITUATION

REV is a precise and safe automation for sliding gates because it is equipped with a movement reading system which uses a magnetic or digital encoder. The card controls the movement of the gate, detects the presence of obstacles and, when it finds them, reverses the direction of travel. In addition to external safety accessories, such as photocells and safety edges, the encoder makes the gate even more reliable.

IS THERE SNOW AND ICE? NO PROBLEM

Some models of REV are equipped with a magnetically actuated limit switch. Thanks to the magnets placed on the rack at the maximum opening and closing points, the movement becomes more calibrated, mechanical wear is reduced, and the gate opens and closes even if the rack is covered by snow or ice.

REV, in its 230V version, is equipped with a forced ventilation system which, always operating when the gate is moved, disperses the heat generated internally. In this way, the wear of the gate decreases and the motor, lasts longer.

SAFER WITH IRONBOX

Do you want to keep your automation safe? The REV motors for sliding gates in the IB versions can be installed inside IRONBOX or IRONBOX/XS, the vandal-proof boxes designed to protect all the necessary and complementary electronic components for the installation, such as the card for managing traffic lights, the receiver of the radio safety edges or the detector of metal masses for the automatic opening of the gate. Everything will be safe and easily reachable.

IS THE POWER OUT? YOUR GATE WON’T STOP

What if a sudden blackout blocks your gate? Some 230V versions of REV are equipped with a reversible movement system. In case of power failure, the brake is automatically deactivated, making it possible to unlock the gate manually. In non-reversible versions, to enter and exit it is possible to unlock the automation mechanism and opening the passage manually; this can be done from the inside with the special key provided or, even from the outside, thanks to BLINDOS. In the 24V version, REV is battery powered. In case of power failure, the gate continues to work without any interruption. It is also available with GREEN ENERGY, a combination of solar panels and storage batteries that is particularly suitable for places that cannot be easily reached by traditional electric lines. With REV you never risk being locked inside or outside your home.

CONTROL THE GATE WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE

Thanks to the APP DEAuser, you can use your smartphone to open your gate without the need for keys or remotes. Moreover, if you have also installed NET-COM with data SIM, you can check the automation status even when you are in the office or away from home.
