The TRAFIK electromechanical inverter barrier is designed to be installed in large car parks, commercial areas or industrial accesses with passages up to 6 metres wide, where it is necessary to manage important flows of vehicles, withstanding a continuous work cycle (up to 15 thousand manoeuvres per day).
TRAFIK works with a 230V three-phase voltage, which allows to work at low energy consumption despite the almost continuous work cycle.
With TRAFIK the entry and exit of vehicles in large contexts will be fast and smooth thanks to the fast 90° opening of the bar in only 1.5 seconds. Its rapid movement makes TRAFIK the ideal tool to avoid the accumulation of vehicles in sensitive and very busy passages.
The inverter technology in combination with the sinusoidal linkage makes TRAFIK's movement precise, fast and super smooth.
In fact, the inverter controls the opening and closing speed of the bar and manages its slowdowns by adjusting the power delivered in each phase with absolute precision, avoiding sudden jerks and abrupt power interruptions.
TRAFIK is a precise and safe electromechanical barrier because it is equipped with a movement reading system which uses a magnetic encoder. The card detects the presence of obstacles and promptly blocks or reverses the direction of travel of the bar.
The installation of the TRAFIK electromechanical barrier takes very little time, as no special adaptation work is required for the application of the bar on both sides of the case.
If necessary, maintenance can also be quick and easy. In fact, thanks to the two doors and the removable cover, the internal mechanisms and electronics are easily accessible to the installer.
To best withstand thousands of daily manoeuvres, TRAFIK is driven by a three-phase asynchronous gear motor in oil bath, controlled by inverter encoders. These two elements, as well as ensuring a high intensity of use, ensure a long service life for the entire installation.
The TRAFIK barrier, like PASS N and STOP N, is resistant to mechanical and time wear thanks to the excellent materials used, such as the robust steel outer case, the metal motor gears and the internal steel linkage.
In addition, TRAFIK's outer case has a double anti-corrosion treatment, with a first cataphoresis coating and a second polyester powder coating. An absolute guarantee against wear and tear due to atmospheric agents.
The TRAFIK electromechanical barrier is available in two different colours: orange (RAL2000) and light grey (RAL 9006). Each colour kit is made up of two small doors and a removable cover.
Thanks to the burglar-proof system, when the bar is in its closed position, its levers are perfectly aligned: this makes manual forced movement impossible.
In TRAFIK it is possible to install NET-COM, a device connected to the Internet by means of a data SIM card that allows you to check the status of your electromechanical barrier, at any time and wherever you are, directly from your smartphone.

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. |
Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognized 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so. |
